No – all estimates are free and non-binding.
For larger projects – we require an initial deposit of 40%, to be paid at the beginning of the project. A second deposit of 30% paid half way to completion. The remaining 30% will be due upon project completion.
We have completed projects all accross the GTA, however depending on the project size we aim to stay within Guelph & the Tri-City (Kitchener, Waterloo & Cambridge). Special considerations on projects of a larger scale.
